six6er Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between six6er ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the six6er website located at six6er.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating a six6er account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside six6er's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement by incorporation.

To register and maintain an active account on six6er, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a six6er employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through six6er's tools or externally imposed — at the time of registration or account use.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, and per device. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual through shared identity details, IP address, payment method, or device fingerprint, all associated accounts may be suspended pending review.

Your six6er account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any third party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you directly or by an unauthorised third party as a result of your failure to secure your login credentials.

Account Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You are strongly advised to use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. six6er offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommends its activation. New device logins trigger OTP verification as an additional security layer.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify six6er support immediately via live chat from within your logged-in account or via email to the address listed in Section 15. six6er accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user failed to report a suspected compromise promptly.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

six6er maintains a KYC programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit the following at any point during your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa registered number, bank statement showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation in cases involving large or high-frequency deposits

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. This is a standard industry measure designed to protect all players on the platform.

All financial transactions on six6er are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). six6er does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of the platform.

Supported Payment Methods

six6er currently supports the following PKR deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed within the six6er cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your six6er PKR wallet within seconds for mobile wallets and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same account, unless otherwise approved by six6er's finance team following a KYC review.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the cashier section. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets — approximately 30 minutes; bank transfers — up to one business day; Visa/Mastercard — 3–5 business days.
• six6er reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than previous transaction history.

All bets and wagers placed on six6er are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any wager.

Sportsbook

• Bets accepted are binding once confirmed. A confirmation message and bet ID will be displayed upon successful placement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the wager is accepted, subject to any live price movement that occurs during the placement process.
• six6er reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or where the result is not in accordance with the governing body's official ruling.
• In the event of a technical fault during live in-play betting that affects odds integrity, six6er reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, and international football markets are governed by the rules of the respective governing bodies (PCB, HBL PSL, UFC, etc.) as they apply to result determination.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, Dragon Gate, and Poker, are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the certified game provider and are theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, six6er's system will record the last confirmed game state. Any round in progress at the point of disconnection will be completed according to the game's auto-complete rules.

Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all sports and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout cap for a given market will be settled at the capped amount.

six6er offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, PSL season promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and prize pool competitions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated per promotion.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; slots contribute varies by title; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all as stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Abuse Prevention: six6er employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account play, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found engaged in abuse will be restricted and bonus funds forfeited.
• Modification & Cancellation: six6er reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-progress, any qualifying bets already placed will be honoured.

six6er is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on six6er is intended solely as a form of entertainment. If at any point you feel that gambling is adversely affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, you should make use of the player protection tools available within your account.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and marketing communications suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6er and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with events offered on the six6er sportsbook
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or funding the account of, an individual subject to a self-exclusion order
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds in the platform's systems — any winnings derived from known errors are void
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or any multiplayer game environment
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the six6er platform

All content on the six6er platform — including but not limited to the six6er brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6er or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6er platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from six6er.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6er shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting decisions made by the user
• Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions outside of six6er's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, statistics, or live score information displayed on the platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions

six6er collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes registration details, KYC documentation, transaction history, betting activity, device information, and communication records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve platform services.

six6er does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where legally required. All data transfers are carried out under appropriate data protection safeguards.

six6er reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or account restrictions — six6er will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice displayed upon login.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at six6er.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You may close your six6er account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within standard processing timelines.

six6er may suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or a determination that continued account access poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players. In cases of fraudulent conduct, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of six6er that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework under which six6er operates.

six6er's internal complaints process is the first point of resolution for any dispute. You may initiate a complaint by contacting support via the live chat facility within your logged-in account or via the email address in Section 15. six6er aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
